(Gig) Make Deliveries in Your Own Car W/ Better Trucks -$25/Hr-INDIANAPOLIS

BETTER TRUCKS is a last mile delivery company delivering packages across the country. We are seeking "GiG" Delivery Drivers for our residential delivery team. You get to enjoy the flexibility and luxury of delivering packages in your own vehicle, through Better Trucks SHIFT. We are always seeking additional team members!

The Delivery Drivers will be responsible for making small package deliveries to homes, apartments, and businesses in the Greater Minneapolis Area

Better Trucks Inc is a new Delivery Service Partner, which means you will have the opportunity to help shape our company as we grow! Work with people that take pride in their work and help make Better Trucks the BEST delivery company in Chicagoland, and in the United States.

• Flexible gig drivers work in a maximum of 4-hour blocks, with a 2-hour buffer pay at $25/hr.

• You will be paid a flat rate for the route.

• Gig drivers will be paid on "Block Pay" at a flat rate of $150.00 for their time. Drivers get a maximum of a 4-hour window of time to deliver, and a 2-hour buffer to their pay. This total includes any trips that may involve bringing failed packages back to the hub.

• GET PAID THE SAME FLAT RATE, EVEN IF YOU FINISH EARLY!

• Payment is done through Direct Deposit ONLY

• W9 Requirement

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 21
• Must have a working vehicle
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must show proof of insurance
• Must have a valid vehicle registration
• Must undergo a background check going back 7 years
• Must provide accounting number and routing number for cash payout
• Must have an iPhone or Android Smartphone
• Must have a smartphone charger
• Must be computer literate and able to operate a Smartphone/GPS device with scanner
• Must treat everyone with respect
• Must treat packages with care
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Knowledge of a 20-25 mile radius of your hubs' pick-up location

Onboarding Process and Driver Registration Process:

(1) Fill out the New Driver Registration Page by clicking on "Apply on Website" at the top of this post.

(2) Fill out the Direct Deposit Form that will be sent to you automatically, after you sign up.

(3) You will then receive your temporary password to join the Onfleet Smartphone Application. It can take up to 72 hours to receive your invite.

(4) Review the Google Slides Show and follow-up text messages that will be sent to you, after you have confirmed that you were able to get into Onfleet, successfully.

(5) Central Dispatch/Operations will reach out to you about route scheduling.

Note: We only accept live/personal banking direct deposit. Please ensure that you provide the account/routing numbers for your personal bank. We DO NOT pay drivers through Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. We cannot accommodate these requests.

Note: Depending on your bank, it can take between 1-4 business days for the funds to show up in your account. It all depends on which type of ACH Transfer that your bank accepts (i.e., SAMEDAY ACH, 1-2 DAY ACH, and so on)
