Position Summary:

As an Integration Guide at Better U, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their transformative journeys, providing crucial support during both the preparation and integration phases. Through virtual sessions, you will empower clients to set intentions, implement new practices, and foster accountability for sustained growth. Serving as a liaison between clients and our clinical team, you will address and/or escalate client inquiries to ensure seamless communication. Your dedication to documenting client interactions and maintaining rapid response times will contribute to a high standard of care and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through their ketamine-assisted therapy journey, supporting them with intention setting, integration, and development of systems for new behavior and practices.
• Conduct individual and group integration sessions using evidence-based ketamine-assisted therapy techniques that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and conditions
• Hold space for preparation and integration sessions via Zoom video calls
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and clinical expertise, and stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
• Maintain excellent customer service for clients while collaborating with a dynamic team to further our mission healing.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Develop and implement integration strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads, team leaders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the integration process.
• Document significant client interactions, session progress, and treatment outcomes to maintain accurate and thorough client records.
• Provide training and support to employees involved in integration efforts to ensure understanding and alignment.
• Address challenges and obstacles that arise during the integration process, utilizing effective problem-solving skills.
• Monitor the progress of integration efforts and evaluate effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration techniques to maintain a high level of clinical expertise.

Qualifications:

• A high level of empathy, and a deep desire to help others.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, counseling, or a related field is a bonus, but not required.
• Certification or licensure in coaching, counseling, or related fields.
• Proven experience in psychedelic integration, and a passion for facilitating healing through psychedelic therapy.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Psychiatry, Ketamine Therapy.
