Job Duties:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Take orders and respond to customer inquiries over the phone, in person, and via email in a timely and effective manner
- Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and hospitable manner
- Respond to support desk emails and in-person inquiries regarding products and their use in beekeeping and related practices
- Work closely with the customer relationship and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintain and update customer accounts as needed
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualification requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude paired with a willingness to learn new tools and methods
- Ability to complete sales transactions from start to finish
- Experience with Sage, or willingness to learn new customer management software
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., with rotating Saturdays and special event staffing required. Priority will be given to candidates with beekeeping experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
