JOB FUNCTIONS :
Working directly with the EVP, National Director of Agency Relationships, provide
reporting, analytics and measures necessary to manage and grow Fannie Mae and
Freddie Mac loan production.
Weekly loan volume reporting.
Tracking progress toward annual budgets.
Efficiency analytics for the platform.
Assist with building new reports as needed.
Agency department support. Working directly with BWE leadership, this person will be
responsible for :
Department presentations and training materials.
Maintaining Policies and Procedures, primarily through annual
updates.
Maintaining and updating as needed the Agency templates for Loan
Applications.
All related projects to support the BWE’s Agency business.
Responsible for the supporting the Agency Sales director for client development efforts.
Birmingham Office Administration. This position will provide administrative support to
the Bellwether employees in the Birmingham office. This shall include, but not
necessarily be limited to :
liaison with building management
processing of bills and invoices
ordering supplies and equipment
scheduling travel and completing expense reporting
Partner with BWE’s Event Coordinator for all conferences, events etc.
Focus on delivering a great client experience in interactions with all Fannie Mae and
Freddie Mac points of contact.
Develop strong partnerships across BWE to enable to operate as efficiently and
effectively as possible
