In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and products to patients.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Utilize dental terminology when assisting patients in medical-related inquiries (experience in a dental office is preferred).
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and practices is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred but not required; proficiency in English is essential.
