At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The base salary range for this role is $280,000 – $482,000.
If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:
$322,000 – $482,000: New York City
$280,000 – $420,000: Albany, Buffalo, Nassau, Newburgh, Rochester, Syracuse

What You’ll Do
- Deeply understand & define our customer pain points, ICP, jobs to be done and BetterUp solutions
- Lead our product messaging, sales enablement and GTM launch strategy (process, channel execution and results measurement)
- Craft the inspiring BetterUp platform narrative through creative storytelling, customer proof points and competitive differentiation
- Manage annual strategic planning including team vision, goals, OKRs, org design, budget and ongoing roadmap prioritization
- Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sellers, Enablement, Product, Pricing & Packaging, Partner Value & Marketing.
- Educate field sellers on evolving platform portfolio with high impact assets including pitch decks, training, demos, pricing and deal support
- Share customer and market feedback with Product to inform ongoing innovation and roadmap.
- Translate the product vision into a customer facing value prop targeting C-level buyer personas
- Build a customer intelligence function that distributes actionable insights to inform innovation at scale across the company
- Manage the creative design team that brings the PMM vision to life visually through compelling product demos, experiences and storytelling
- Build, manage and develop a world class high performing PMM team
- 8 years in B2B SaaS PMM at mid-market or enterprise tech selling multi-product platform solutions to C-Level enterprise buyers.
- Build a clear vision/strategy and then execute the details with large cross-functional operational teams to deliver on schedule with quality
- Positive growth mindset, comfortable pivoting quickly and is highly self-motivated
- Clear executive-level communication that secures ongoing feedback and alignment through a collaborative iterative process.
- Has managed large high performing multi-product, platform & solution PMM teams
- Has managed customer intelligence & creative design is a plus but not required
- HR Tech industry & AI experience is a plus but not required
