We’re now seeking a Vice President of Product, reporting to our Chief Product & Technology Officer, to lead our product strategy and execution, bringing deep product leadership, a love for elegant enterprise solutions, and a bold point of view on how AI can redefine performance and talent management.
What You’ll Do

Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company vision, customer needs, and market trends.

Lead and inspire a global team of 7 PMs, fostering a high-performance product culture.

Champion an AI-first product approach, partnering with engineering and design to deliver groundbreaking, generative AI-driven solutions.

Collaborate with executive leadership to define the future of performance and talent management.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Engineering to ensure strong go-to-market alignment and world-class execution.

Define and track product success metrics; use data, research, and customer insights to guide decisions.

Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring our solutions are intuitive, impactful, and future-ready.

Represent Betterworks as a product thought leader—internally and externally.
What You Bring
-
10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in senior product leadership roles.

Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products—ideally in HR tech, talent management, or performance solutions.

Deep understanding of AI/ML and GenAI capabilities, and a clear vision for how they can transform B2B user experiences.

Proven track record of leading high-performing product teams and delivering category-defining products.

Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline—comfortable at both 30,000 ft and in the weeds.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can sell a vision and influence across all levels.
