We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Marketing, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, to lead and scale our demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market strategy in alignment with sales and customer success. As a critical member of the leadership team, you will drive revenue growth-oriented marketing programs through data-driven campaigns, ABM strategies, and marketing automation.
This is a fully-remote position.
The ideal candidate has proven experience building high-performing demand generation engines at early-to-mid-stage start-ups. Deep experience in B2B SaaS, a track record of building high-performing teams, and the ability to work cross-functionally to optimize the revenue funnel are essential to the role.
What You’ll Own and Drive
Revenue Marketing Strategy

Own the marketing pipeline and revenue targets, integrating demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital-first pipeline creation to support Betterworks’ ambitious growth goals.

Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, including digital marketing, content, paid media, SEO/SEM, and field marketing.

Scale account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and accelerate deal velocity.

Continuously measure and optimize marketing performance to improve ROI and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Full-Funnel Campaigns & Demand Generation

Lead multi-channel demand generation programs to drive pipeline acceleration—leveraging ABM, paid digital, content marketing, email, events, and strategic partnerships.

Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling messaging that resonates with CHROs and Talent leaders, including purchase decision influencers including the CFO and HR IT.

Optimize betterworks.com and our digital channels to enhance engagement, lead conversion, and lower funnel experiences such as online demos and comparison shopping.
Content & Playbook Development

Define and build a content strategy that supports the buyer’s journey from awareness to decision—tailored for key personas including HR, Finance, and IT.

Collaborate with Sales, Field Enablement, and Customer Success to develop playbooks that accelerate deal velocity and improve customer expansion.
Leadership & Team Development

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue marketing team across demand gen, digital, and field marketing.

Foster a culture of continuous experimentation, innovation, and accountability.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels.
Who You Are
-
10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving pipeline growth.

Deep understanding of modern marketing funnels, data analytics, and revenue marketing motions—including always-on digital demand gen and multi-threaded ABM approaches.

Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing marketing teams that deliver measurable revenue impact.

Strong expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot), ABM (6Sense,) CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates.

Experience working directly in the HR technology space.
