Engineering Project Manager

Overview
The Engineering Project Manager supports the product development team by managing timelines, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and helps coordinate aspects of the product development process. They ensure smooth workflow and help deliver products that meet market demands and quality standards.

Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination:

· Assist in planning and managing product development timelines and schedules.

· Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met for all stages of product development.

2. Communication & Collaboration:

· Act as a liaison between design, engineering, marketing, and production teams.

· Maintain clear and timely communication with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

3. Quality Assurance:

· Ensure product designs align with company standards, regulations, and market trends.

· Coordinate sample development and manage testing processes.

4. Market Research:

· Assist in analyzing market trends and consumer needs to guide product development efforts.

· Support brainstorming and ideation for new product concepts.

5. Problem Solving:

· Address and resolve issues or bottlenecks during the development process.

· Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

· Education: Engineering Degree preferred

· Experience: 3-5 years working experience in a quality field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

· Project management expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
