What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position at Bettinardi Golf?
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming inventory, timely staging and timely shipping outgoing orders while adhering to safety procedures and providing accurate and timely shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes all inbound freight, including proper identification of merchandise and the comparison to appropriate paperwork computer data.
- Check for damages and sort stock for allocation as necessary.
- Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
- Utilizes Fishbowl to receive inventory into our inventory management system.
- Collaborates with procurement to ensure proper receiving of materials.
- Contact supplier or shipper if an issue is identified.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of product.
- Cross-check inventory accuracy with system entries.
- Maintain shipping logs.
- Assembling all incoming PO specifications and forecasts with inventory control coordinator rack requirements and locations for incoming goods.
- Reconciling all discrepancies on goods received and reporting them to management when needed.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience with shipping/logistics/warehouse preferred.
- Degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience with Fishbowl Inventory.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
