Description : Overview :
We are seeking a friendly and professional Member Services Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. In this role, you will play a key part in the overall success of Level II Fitness by assisting with inquiries, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Shift Hours : Weekdays :
4 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM
8 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
12 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM
5 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM
Weekends :
6 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 AM
9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
12 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
Warmly greet and acknowledge members and guests as they arrive.
Check in members and guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Process payments for memberships, program sales, and other transactions while adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
Ability to upsell classes and training programs at the point of sale, while effectively discussing and promoting all gym programs and current promotions.
Proactively call new members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, highlight membership benefits, and promote our referral program.
Assist with member and guest inquiries, providing accurate information about club services and amenities.
Handle and resolve member concerns with professionalism, maintaining composure while de-escalating conflicts and providing effective solutions.
Promote internal programming and events to enhance the member experience.
Keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and organized.
Adhere to all safety rules, including knowledge of emergency procedures and equipment locations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements : Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Twin Oaks or any fitness industry-based software and basic computer skills, preferred but not required.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Must successfully pass a background check.
