A CNC machinist at Betts Precision may work in any of our machining departments. The role involves setting up machines, running production, inspecting parts, and hitting pre-determined efficiency standards. We provide our machinists with a machine, program, and preset cart of supplies to facilitate their work.

Requirements
- 3 years of CNC setup or operation experience on lathes or mills
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, manipulate G-Code programs, change work offsets, and adjust tool offsets
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk up to 90% of the day
