Responsibilities
- Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for procurement.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing phone systems effectively.

Requirements
