What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Betty's Bath & Day Spa?
Open shifts: Monday 4:30pm-9pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 4:30pm-10pm

Purpose: To focus on customer service and to act as a liaison between customers and therapists as well as between customers/vendors and Betty’s staff.
Supervisor: Spa Director (Adri Candelaria)
Daily tasks (Tactical Work):Opening procedures, Answer phones, Check messages, Book clients using Booker, Cashiering/sales, Customer service—signing clients in, giving tours, handling complaints, checking clients out. Link to therapists-letting therapists know about walk-ins, cancellations, add-ons. Ensuring smooth and seamless front end operations. Transition with day or evening staff.
