What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Betty Wold Johnson Foundation?
A Program Analyst brings research and analysis skills to support the philanthropic development of the Betty Wold Johnson Foundation. This individual will support portfolio and grant development to aid in the exploration of current or burgeoning areas of work for the organization. A PA will monitor developments at the regional, and if necessary, national level, and assists in the assessment of ongoing work.
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
· Execution of complex, high-level deliverables for specific grants within a wider portfolio
· Support program leadership in scoping and scouting for new areas of work – field scanning analysis and assessment
· Involves complex communications and analysis as to the structure and documentation
of grants
· Assists in navigating challenging grants issues such as payouts and documentation
· Comfortable handling sensitive internal and external communications
· Supports development and implementation of portfolio strategies
· Builds and maintains an understanding of specific fields of interest and import to the trustees and organization
· Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Five to seven years’ experience, bachelor's degree strongly preferred, additional degrees encouraged.
BWJF employees are encouraged to be in the office four days a week.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
