Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages with precision and consistency (including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brews, and more).
- Master latte art to ensure visually appealing and top-quality drinks.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, making every customer feel welcome.
- Work as a team player to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handle a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish, making personalized recommendations.
- Show initiative, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista (minimum 1 year).
Strong latte art skills (required).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (essential for customer interactions).
Positive attitude, energy, and passion for specialty coffee.
Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
