Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Process payments efficiently (cash, credit cards, digital platforms) while operating the POS system correctly.
- Work closely with baristas and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Keep the cashier station clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
- Restock workstations to ensure a fast and efficient service.
- Follow health and hygiene protocols, maintaining Attttimo’s high-quality standards.
- Be an active part of our team’s growth, learning and sharing knowledge about specialty coffee and customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual: English & Spanish (fluency required).
Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, or restaurants (preferred in a fast-paced environment).
Passion for specialty coffee and exceptional customer service.
Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
