We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner/Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our dining area and kitchen. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, assisting with food service, and ensuring that the restaurant meets high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Help with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Support catering events or special functions as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
