What are the responsibilities and job description for the District/Activities Director Administrative Assistant position at Beulah School District?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Activities/District Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee Activities accounts payable, manage paperwork, schedule facilities and all activities-related travel, and assist the Activities Director, Business Office, and Superintendent with other vital functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Activities accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of accounts, bank deposits, and cash boxes for all activities
- Manage and organize Activities documents
- Schedule all district facilities for events
- Coordinate all activities-related travel (including hotel reservations, transportation, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to the Activities Director, Business Office, and Superintendent
Qualifications:
- Education or experience in accounting preferred
- Strong computer and technology skills required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with the public
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
