IT Digital Transformation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities : < / u>< / strong>< / p>

• Organize and facilitate meetings related to digital transformation initiatives.< / li>
• Maintain and update action items and task lists.< / li>
• Foster a digital transformation mindset by giving presentations and communicating internally to all stakeholders.< / li>
• Assist in the digitalization of business processes and maintain and update use cases and business cases for digital transformation.< / li>
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure project milestones are met.< / li>
• Support internal communication under the guidance of our Senior Vice President of Shared Services.< / li>
• Support various departments with their digital transformation needs.< / li>< / ul>
  

  Qualifications : < / b> < / p>

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.< / li>
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.< / li>
  • Affinity for technology and digital tools.< / li>
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.< / li>
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus but not required.< / li>< / ul>< / p>
