Position summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Administrator to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Oracle Cloud application, initially focusing on Cloud ERP, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with additional modules to be added such as Field Service, EPM, etc. This role will focus on ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Oracle Cloud ERP system to support business processes, as well as supporting the initial implementation occurring in 2025.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that being with the word “May.”)
- Support Ongoing ERP Transformation:
- Play a pivotal role in managing both the Oracle Cloud modules and OIC environments as part of the ongoing ERP transformation project.
- Provide input and validation into the integration and data conversion objects, as well as technology-related project decisions
- Provide support for data conversion activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation as needed
- Application Administration and Maintenance:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Oracle Cloud ERP system, including user management, security roles, and system monitoring.
- Manage the OIC environment and integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems, monitoring run times and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage the Oracle Cloud modules, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of the business.
- Provide coordination around Oracle quarterly upgrades, patches, and other environment maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Oracle Cloud and Integration Cloud environments, working closely with Oracle support as needed to raise Service Requests.
- Develop and maintain custom Oracle reports using Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher
- Maintain Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for the ERP and related integrations.
- Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Lead or participate in projects related to the implementation of new functionalities, enhancements, or integrations with other systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including finance, supply chain/mfg., IT teams, and others to understand their needs and ensure the ERP system support their objectives.
- End-User Support: Provide support to end-users as needed, helping them to effectively navigate and utilize the Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully passes background check.
- Possesses a valid U. S. Driver’s License.
- Daily in-person, predictable attendance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering Oracle Cloud ERP systems. Experience in managing Oracle Integration Cloud is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture, administration, configuration, and Oracle Integration Cloud solutions. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other relevant data and programming languages.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Certifications: Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud) are highly desirable.

The Oracle ERP Administrator works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at computer monitor. They will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected. While in the office, the Oracle ERP Administrator may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, Oracle ERP Administrator should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job demands.
