Responsibilities
- Provides the installation of plumbing systems to residential customers. Also, may include some troubleshooting, maintenance and service of plumbing systems. Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills and a general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work.
- Completing remodeling projects according to specifications
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation
- Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and quantities needed for installation
- Assemble and install various components, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with installations
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as HVAC technicians and carpenters, to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to job sites
Qualifications
- Previous experience in installing plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics and blueprints
- Strong math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
