What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Coordinator - Full-Time - 1st Shift position at Bev-Hub?
Summary
We are seeking a Material Coordinator who will provide support as part of the Bev-Hub Team by implementing ERP system that includes: maintaining ingredient inventory, food safety codes concerning ingredients for shipping/receiving, storage, processing, and quality approvals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement & maintain ERP system, train new employees on system use
- Verify accuracy of ingredients and recipes for all processing SKUs including lot numbers and amounts of ingredients for each batch
- Assist in can ordering and tracking for Bev-Hub purchases and customer purchases
- Assist with consistency of everyday processing of quality approved products
- Responsible for implementation of quality documents for shipping and receiving of ingredients, including allergens, Kosher, non-GMO, and organic specific products
- Data Entry
- Communicate daily with Sales/Customer Service team about customer inventory for tracking client’s ingredients, packaging, and finished product
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills – Office 365
- Ability to set targets and work towards achieving daily, weekly, monthly goals
- Ability to work well with others and communicate issues in a timely manner
- Expert attention to detail, organization, and multitasking
- Must always wear personal protective equipment when on production floor
- Participates actively in facility safety initiatives, programs, and training sessions
- Ability to work a schedule of (5) full 8-hour workdays per week, with the flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed
