What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Technician - Full-Time - 2nd Shift position at Bev-Hub?
The Quality Assurance Technician opportunity is for our Second Shift.
MINIMUM SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 1-year experience in food manufacturing/related field
• Ability to work with Microsoft Suite of Business Software (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to work with an ERP (enterprise resource planning) software such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and apply customer product standards to the Bev-Hub process.
• Ability to use basic laboratory equipment such as pH meter, Refractometer, Densitometer, Total Solids unit and Viscometer by following detailed laboratory procedures.
• Use of sophisticated Can Double Seam Inspection equipment
• Use of sophisticated Bottle Cap Inspection equipment
• Detail oriented with a demonstrable ability to fill out Quality Analysis paperwork
• Ability to multi-task in high energy fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (10 hour shift)
• Ability to communicate with Production management and staff to address any non-conformance issues that may be encountered.
PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Food manufacturing, especially companies certified to a Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) approved Food Safety Scheme
• Data entry experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
