About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Helper in Milwaukee to support our electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working alongside our skilled team. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Hours: 1st shift

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist electricians with the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and supplies needed for electrical tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
• Identify and report any issues or hazards on job sites.
• Use hand and power tools to assist in electrical work.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics as directed.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues.
• Maintain a professional attitude and work collaboratively with the team.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or electrical work is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make independent decisions.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with smartphones (email, texts, work order systems).
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and work within tight spaces
