About the Position
We are looking for a Field Recruiting Specialist to join our team and take charge of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for field-based roles such as building engineers, maintenance technicians, and chief engineers across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and enjoys finding the right people for the right roles . We need someone who can think outside the box, build strong relationships, and bring a proactive, go-getter attitude to the team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for building engineers, maintenance technicians, and chief engineers.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking strategies, and direct outreach to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
- Conduct phone screens with applicants to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the management team and facilitate feedback.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Update and manage applicant tracking system throughout the hiring process.
- Identify new creative strategies and build relationships and enhance the pipeline of candidates for various markets
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
