BEVARA MED SPA - CLIENT CONCIERGE
PAY: $26/hour
Monetary perks include:

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Client Concierge is the direct interface between the client and clinical providers in Bevara, a med spa set to open its doors in January 2024.
You'll create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for clients by performing a wide-range of administrative and client care related activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out
- Client scheduling and management, including financial transactions
- Ensure all required client paperwork/records/documentation are complete and accurate
- Client-related issue resolution
- Communication with clients via email, phone, and other messaging
- Interact with digital properties (i.e., website, social media, etc.)
- Maintain and support retail (i.e., face cleansers, lotions, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES - QUALIFICATIONS:
[ESSENTIAL]
- Friendly, outgoing, "people-oriented"
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and deal with an environment of changing priorities
- Proficient in digital/computer skills
- Intermediate math skills
- Able to interact with all levels of staffing in a professional manner
- High-school diploma or GED required
[PREFERRED]
- Previous client-relations experience
- Previous experience, training, and/or education working in a healthcare or med spa practice
- Proficient in social media skills
- Proficient in digital photography
- Some college education
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Ability to sit, walk, squat, bend, stand, reach, lift, and type as required during a minimum of 8hrs/day
- Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written directions
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand, give information in-person and over the phone
- Fine motor skills for utilizing practice equipment such as a computer, etc.
PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT:
All employees may have the potential for exposure to blood and bodily secretions during procedures and disposal of contaminated waste.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SHIFTS:
-Day shifts with no call or major holidays
-8- and 10-hour shifts available
- Minimum 1 weekend/month shift necessary at this time
Monday through Friday shifts:
- 9am to 5pm (8hr)
- 11am to 7pm (8hr)
- 9am to 7pm (10hr)
Saturday and Sunday shifts:
- 9am to 5pm (8hr)
