Bevel Financial is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our new and used equipment financing business through the development and onboarding of dealership and vendor partners for their Equipment Finance Services (EFS) arm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships, enhancing our retail financing deal flow, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires a strong background in relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the small-ticket equipment financing industry.

This position / role requires a significant amount of travel - approximately 70% of the time. Candidates applying should be able and willing to travel throughout their region (and more extensively as needed) as required by their role.

We are seeking applicants in the following areas Texas-Remote, Florida-remote, West Coast-remote, and Columbia MO-Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships and vendor organizations, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Provide training and support to dealership and vendor partners' sales teams to ensure they are well-equipped to promote EFS's equipment financing solutions.
  • Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnerships that drive EFS's new and used equipment financing business flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for dealership and vendor partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide informed, strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Engage in daily calling campaigns and onsite visits to partner locations to build personal relationships and trust.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance EFS's market share and competitiveness in the equipment financing industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, attract, and onboard high-potential dealership and vendor partners to expand EFS's equipment financing pipeline.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financing relationship management, business development, or sales within the small ticket space.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships with dealerships and vendors.
  • Deep understanding of the equipment financing industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure creative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and relevant CRM software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently (approximately 70% of the time, potentially more) to meet with dealership and vendor partners - in and out of their assigned territory / region.
  • Ability to travel to corporate location monthly and / or as needed
