Customer Care Specialists utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist existing and prospective customers with service, delivery, and AR needs. Specialists assist our fleet members daily with billing questions and override requests in the field for their respective zones.

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients
- Accounts Receivable knowledge as it relates to collections, processing payments, applying payments, reviewing financial reports, handling invoices, and managing customer accounts
- Ability to actively listen to customers and colleagues
- Ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and an optimistic attitude
- Ability to work in a team setting and prioritize tasks with minimal distraction
- Ability to use foresight to schedule services and deliveries based on priority of request
- Efficient time management and multi-tasking skills
- When call and email volume is low, follow up on aging to collect past due balances, audit and update contact information for customers, coordinate with colleagues on specialty projects
- When call and email volume is high, prioritize tasks based on level of severity
- Arrive on time and manage scheduled time off in accordance with work.
- i.e. establish back up contacts for customers and colleagues in your absence, collaborate with colleagues to delegate priority work, etc.
- Maintain professional appearance while in office (business casual attire)Responsibilities:
- Interact professionally with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment via provided communication platforms to:
- Enter and schedule tickets for services and deliveries
- Provide overrides to fleet members in the field
- Troubleshoot and resolve disputes that may not have standard documented solutions
- Assist with AR-related questions and requests. Including but not limited to: providing invoices, statements, collecting payment, adjusting delivery schedules
Manage Aging and Reconciliation reports
