Responsibilities
- Processing sales/transactions for customers.
- Learning about products and provide recommendations to customers.
- Stocking to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Maintain an appropriate store appearance at all times, including straightening product on shelves.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
- Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Some computer skills necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus; familiarity with phone etiquette is essential.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
