Role Overview:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Director, Production Planning & Deployment to lead this part of the supply chain planning function across all our brands. This role will be responsible for overseeing a large team and driving production planning, inventory management, and deployment strategies to ensure seamless product availability and operational efficiency. This role is accountable for assessing inventory requirements, managing product flow, and ensuring company supply and order fulfilment goals and KPIs are achieved. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in all aspects of supply chain planning, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Leading the production planning and deployment strategy across all Tropicana Brands Group products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demand, focusing on driving best in class service, while optimizing inventories, at the right cost.
- Managing a high-performing team responsible for supply planning, scheduling, inventory management, and distribution optimization.
- Lead the Supply Review step of the Integrated Business Planning Process to surface supply constraint and to drive resolution to mitigate impact to the business
- Communicate to senior management, in advance, potential supply chain interruptions along with possible solutions
- Collaborate and drive alignment with key stakeholders across the business including planning, sales, product management, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and purchasing to ensure we have the right inventory at the right time in the right quantities to meet our customers’ expectations, to drive supply chain efficiencies and mitigate risks.
- Developing and implementing best-in-class planning processes, leveraging data analytics and technology to enhance accuracy and responsiveness.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Partnering with leadership to shape long-term capacity planning and network strategy.
- Coordinate with product management and demand planning new product introductions and phase outs to optimize revenue and minimize Excess & Obsoletes materials
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory optimization, supply network design, production scheduling, or a related field, preferably in the food & beverage or batch managed CPG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading or participating in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes
- Must be located in Bradenton, FL or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP fundamentals. Experience with SAP S/4 and SAP IBP preferred
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Management and team building experience
- Excellent communication skills internally across levels within the organization and externally with customers
- Competency in data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $139,000 - $195,000 annually.
