Key Responsibilities:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking to expand our Maintenance leadership team with seasoned supervisors. This role will be responsible for supervising hourly EMT's (Electro Mechanic Technicians). Individuals support the maintenance team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, and productivity.
Additional responsibilities:
- Management of hourly EMT’s Dayshift and Offshift
- Leads maintenance technicians to achieve performance standards with regards to PM completion, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (breakdown analysis)
- Promote TBG’s TPM efforts and advance the Preventative Maintenance processes with a manual maintenance management system
- Oversees and assures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
- Work closely with suppliers and coordinate vendors who support maintenance activities
- Manage Resource Conservation initiatives
- Facilities management
- Aligns team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives. Maintains spending to budget
- Develops others by training and coaching frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance
- Ensures compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
- Identify gaps in performance, investigate root cause effectively and efficiently, and implements counter measures to eliminate recurrence
- Administer company policies, procedures, and the collective bargaining agreement within the department
- All other duties as assigned by management
- Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment
- Demonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably a B.S. in Science, Engineering, or Maintenance Technologies, or comparable work experience (at least 5 additional years)
- 5 years in a high speed Manufacturing environment, required
- Maintenance experience in a food and beverage environment with progressive career path, preferred
- Must have permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization (citizen, green card, or unrestricted EAD)

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$112,000 annually.
