We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team at Beverage Tractor & Equipment LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining outdoor equipment to ensure optimal performance for our customers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various outdoor equipment including tractors, mowers, and utility vehicles, as well as tractors and construction equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair processes clearly to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to outdoor equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in equipment repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with OEM parts and repair processes is a plus.
