OBJECTIVES:
· Sell parts to walk-in, phone-in customers and service work orders
· Grow and promote Kubota parts sales
· Focus on efficiency and personal development
· Drive customer satisfaction
DUTIES:
· Develop, communicate, and monitor Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
· Support Kubota Sales and Service Departments, and balance with external customer sales
· Greet walk-in customers, respond to telephone calls and inquiries, to meet customer needs
· Order parts as directed, from various suppliers, specifically Kubota
· Process invoices, by accepting money and handling credit card transactions
· Assist in preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
· Assist in physical inventory
· Assist in receiving-in and stocking parts on shelves
· Ensure work area is neat, clean, and organized
· Work with Service Department to fill orders for needed parts on work orders
· Represent Company when working with manufacturer representatives
· Promote safety in work environment and comply with local and federal requirements
· Subordinate to Parts Manager and Store Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2 years’ experience in Parts Department operations
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to learn and use Company software, along with Microsoft Office and Google platforms, and internet
· Familiarity with homeowner, recreational, agricultural, and light construction equipment
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Effective and timely follow-up with pleasant disposition
· Ability to safely lift at least 75 pounds
