The Legal Enterprise Applications Analyst will play a pivotal role in the support, management, and enhancement of key legal and business applications at Beveridge and Diamond. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in legal technology and enterprise application support. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys, legal support staff, and the IT team to ensure the efficient operation of core applications such as, iManage Work Cloud, Intapp Intake, Walls and Time, Elite 3E, along with document productivity tools from vendors like, BigHand, and Litera.
- Application Support & Maintenance : Provide day-to-day technical support for legal and business applications, ensuring uptime, performance, and usability.
- System Administration : Perform system configurations, updates, and maintenance for the full suite of enterprise applications, both on prem and cloud.
- Integration & Automation : Lead integration efforts between core systems, including Intapp, Elite 3E, and other firm applications. Develop automation workflows to streamline processes.
- User Training & Documentation : In coordination with B&D’s trainer, develop and deliver training materials and sessions for attorneys and staff to optimize application usage. Ensure documentation is comprehensive and user-friendly.
- Collaboration & Consultation : Work with internal stakeholders across departments, including Finance, HR, and Litigation Support, to gather requirements, identify needs, and implement solutions for workflows and process improvements.
- Vendor and SLA Management : Manage vendor relationships, including monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs) for cloud-hosted platforms.
- Data Integrity & Compliance : Monitor and maintain data accuracy across applications, ensuring compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and data governance requirements.
- Technical Expertise : Provide advanced support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Utilize scripting or automation tools (e.g., SQL, PowerShell) to enhance processes.
- Emerging Technologies : Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.
- Project Management : Lead or participate in the implementation of new modules, features, or application upgrades, including change management and user adoption strategies.
