Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement responsive staff training programs.
- Assess commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Participate in research, planning sessions, ad-hoc committees, and special projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation, Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) eligible.
- Certified to train adults in areas of CPR, First Aid, etc.
- Strong knowledge of employment programs, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Ability to work as a team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
