Job Summary:
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our programs and services. This individual will be responsible for coordinating internal compliance reviews, developing and implementing training programs, and serving as an internal resource on matters related to regulatory compliance.

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our programs and services. This individual will be responsible for coordinating internal compliance reviews, developing and implementing training programs, and serving as an internal resource on matters related to regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend or initiate remedial action.
- Coordinate the implementation of quality record review policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyze statistical data to determine effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor safety compliance, including accident/incident analysis and emergency planning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation, Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) eligible.
- Certified to train adults in areas of CPR, First Aid, etc.
- Strong knowledge of employment programs, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Ability to work as a team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
