**Job Title:** Patient Coordinator Supervisor
The Beverly Hills Cancer Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Coordinator Supervisor to oversee the planning, organizing, and scheduling of all imaging and radiation oncology patient appointments. This key leadership role requires exceptional communication skills, conflict management expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk employees in the coordination of patient appointments, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Enhance the patient experience through courteous and professional interactions, providing optimal customer service.
- Contribute positively to the team approach and culture of the Center.
- Ensure technical and clerical aspects of patient coordination are best in class.
- Implement continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance related functions.
- Organize patient advocacy efforts, addressing access issues and promoting patient satisfaction.
- Schedule, monitor productivity standards, provide training, approve timecards, and conduct performance reviews for staff under supervision.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational KPIs to exceed patient expectations.
- Work with the management team towards shared goals, including marketing strategies, clinical care, quality improvement, and cost reduction opportunities.

Education and Experience:
