Responsibilities:
- Document patient care and transcribe patient appointments quickly and accurately, documenting in EMR.
- Prepare and assemble patient medical record documentation for the physician.
- Work with a supervising physician to complete medical records.
- Complete all administrative tasks efficiently to help ensure an efficient clinical setting.
- Anticipates provider needs to facilitate clinic flow.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Medical Scribe in a clinical setting preferred.
- Oncology experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
