We are an upscale California-based Medical Spa and Hormone Replacement Center specializing in aesthetics and Bio-identical Hormone Therapy. We are looking for an experienced(medical office) self-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual who has the ability to provide exceptional customer service from the clients initial phone call through the entire patient experience. This ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal, computer and written skills. Must display a professional, positive and friendly attitude. The ability to execute job requirements with accuracy and precision while multitasking in a very busy environment, a must. Job Requirements
- Previous front office experience and/or sales experience required
- Friendly, personable customer-orientated attitude must always be on display.
- Excellent telephone and personal communication, computer and detail orientated skills a must.
- Multitasking while maintaining focus on task and details are a key element in this fast passed work environment.
- Medical Assistant, Laser Technician and Medical Esthetician experience a plus

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
