Marketing Manager
$80,000 Salary plus 20% quarterly performance bonus potential
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the branding and marketing initiatives for our luxury MedSpa, renowned for delivering a 10-star client experience. This role is ideal for a creative, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of luxury branding, client acquisition, and retention strategies in the aesthetic and wellness industry.
Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that reflect our luxury brand image and attract high-end clientele.

Create promotional offers and manage monthly and ongoing promotional calendar.

Brand Management: Maintain consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms to uphold our reputation as a leader in luxury aesthetic services.

Content Creation and Management: Oversee the development of compelling content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing, emphasizing client education and engagement.

Client Acquisition and Retention: Design strategies to drive new client acquisition while refining loyalty programs to enhance long-term retention.

Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to position our services effectively and identify new growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Manage SEO/SEM efforts, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns to maximize online visibility and ROI.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute luxury events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance community engagement and attract potential clients.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns using KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, sales, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Manage platform updates: Consistently update Shopify, repeat MD app and any future client sales platforms to reflect our most current promotions, products and pricing.

Source and manage influencer relationships: Source, integrate and manage influencer and client testimonial relationships that will further brand awareness and new client acquisition.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing marketing for a multi-location brand, preferably in the luxury, aesthetic, or healthcare industry.

Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and content management platforms. Experience with Shopify and repeat MD or other e-commerce sites required.

Creative Vision: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with a luxury brand identity.

Client-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of creating marketing messages and strategies that resonate with discerning, high-end clientele.

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid onsite in LA flagship location with periodic travel to clinic locations as needed. Mon/Wed/Friday in clinic Tues
