Lien Negotiator Responsibilities
- Negotiate and reduce medical liens with providers and third-party payers at the resolution of personal injury claims
- Prepare and process client disbursements
- Tabulate and review all case-related costs, medical bills, and fees
- Identify and verify all outstanding liens, costs, and final balances
- Create detailed disbursement spreadsheets outlining attorney’s fees, medical expenses, and client recovery
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, case managers, and accounting teams
Qualifications
- Prior experience in lien negotiation and reductions preferred
- Knowledge of personal injury law and settlement disbursement process
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Schedule:
Please Note: This is an on-site position based at our office located at 4929 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90010. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
