Position Overview :
Lead and implement the organization's fundraising strategy, maximizing contributions from corporate partners, individual donors, and foundations.Foster existing donor relationships and identify, cultivate, and solicit new revenue, focusing on growth, diversification, and long-term strategic partnerships.Supervise the Grants and Special Projects Manager, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fundraising strategies.Develop personalized engagement strategies / stewardship plans for individual donors based on their giving history, relationship, and the organization's knowledge of their giving potential.Establish a formalized major and planned giving program.Leverage Beverly's PGH board member skill sets and networks to help cultivate leads and build relationships.Leverage experience and network to help garner new opportunities for Beverly's.Utilize data analytics to assess fundraising trends, donor behavior, and program effectiveness.Commit to utilizing the CRM system for donor record-keeping and relationship management.Support senior leadership with all large-scale event and community relations initiatives.Report directly to the Executive Director while working in strong partnership with the senior leaders.Required Qualifications :
5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising with a demonstrated track record of success in corporate giving, individual giving, and planned / major gift developmentDemonstrated experience in acquiring five figure corporate gifts and four figure individual gifts.Experience working in a data-driven fundraising environment, with the ability to analyze and interpret fundraising data (internal and external) to inform strategy and decision-making.Familiarity with fundraising and marketing / design tools. Beverly's PGH currently utilizes VIRTUOUS as its CRM system.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign and donor stewardship effectiveness with a growth mindset.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, empathy, and strong listening skills. The candidate must excel in networking and public engagement events / experiences and enjoy the art of storytelling, relationship building, and the authentic ask.An ability to authentically represent the brand and a genuine desire to raise funds to help celebrate and strengthen families in Southwestern PA.Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Applications.An understanding of the philanthropic Pittsburgh region and corporate-giving landscape.Obtain all required clearances (PA State Police, FBI Fingerprinting, Child Abuse).Education Requirements : A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Location : This is a hybrid position, with a preference for three days in the office and two days remote.
Hours : Standard business hours are M-F from 8 : 30 to 4 : 30 p.m., with evening and weekend commitments as they present themselves (Donor events, networking engagements, etc.).

Compensation : $80,000
