Description
Must be highly motivated, aggressive, problem solver, self-starter, results oriented with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Capable of overall management of store and team player with store manager or co-manager. Ability to follow and implement company policies, procedures and programs required to manage all aspects of store operations to enhance customer service and increase sales and profitability. Primary responsibilities include: customer service, training; maintain a team environment and constant communication amongst team members and operations support system; assist in supervision in store operations including merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, financial analysis and reporting. Prior experience in hospitality, liquor store, retail store, grocery store prefered.
Qualifications
*High school diploma with at least 3 years experience in the retail field.
*Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a retail manager/assistant manager role.
*Strong pc skills
*Proficiency with Microsoft office excel, PowerPoint, ms word, outlook a must!
*Excellent analytical skills
*Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
*Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
*Extremely organized detail-oriented, high energy and have ability to prioritize.
*Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends.
Prior experience in hospitality, liquor store, retail store, grocery store prefered.
