What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Lead HVAC Installer position at Beyer Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC?
Do you have at least five years of HVAC experience? We are looking for you!
The Residential Lead Installer is responsible for replacement/repairs to mechanical and controls of heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation equipment sold or serviced by the company. Responsible for maintaining the quality of work up to acceptable company standards, and for representing the company to the customer in a professional manner that promotes good long-term relationships.
$20-$30/hour!

Reports To: Install Manager/Install Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma. Trade school or equivalent.
- Must complete a minimum of (30) hours of continuing education annually.
- Must have a minimum Type I and II C.F.C. certification.
- Must be registered with the State of Texas Licensing and Regulations.
- Must have a valid driver licenses and pass insurance requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work with step ladders and extension ladders. Not afraid of heights.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds above the waist.
