Join our team at FieldTurf, the leader in synthetic turf solutions, as a **Field Service Synthetic Turf Technician**. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will travel to customer locations across the Northwest to address turf field maintenance and repair needs. As a key member of our FieldCare department, you will work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair synthetic turf systems while delivering exceptional service. You will also educate clients on best practices for field care and maintenance, ensuring long-term satisfaction and the highest standard of field performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Field Repairs & Maintenance**: Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of synthetic turf fields.
**Customer Communication**: Diagnose issues, communicate effectively with the Customer Service Coordinator and Field Service Manager, and escalate urgent matters within 24 hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Timely Service Delivery**: Respond to service requests and complete repairs within 7 days to meet company targets for customer response and resolution time.
**Sales Support**: Promote and sell turf maintenance services and equipment to customers, supporting the sales efforts and achieving agreed-upon sales targets.
**Documentation & Reporting**: Fill out detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all work performed. Submit reports to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) within 5 days of service completion.
- **Customer Education**: Provide guidance and training to customers on proper turf maintenance and field equipment usage.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the regional sales team, FieldCare Coordinators, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and effective service.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Keep company tools and equipment in good working condition, performing regular maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- **Technology Use**: Utilize company software tools, including Outlook, Concur, and Field Service Lightning, to manage schedules, track services, and communicate with team members.
