Beyond a Resume is seeking a Document Control Coordinator (3 month contract) for our biotech client in Gaithersburg, MD.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to site Directors and the Quality Department.
- Develop, review, update, and maintain documentation, including manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), records, and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for the creation, revision, and distribution of documents.
- Ensure proper version control, timely updates, and accessibility of all documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of document statuses and ensure effective communication across departments regarding updates and requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience (e.g., administrative, document management, or similar roles).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in handling documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
