The role of the Registered Behavior Technician is to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism or other developmental delays under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
*No experience is required. Beyond Behavior ABA and Learning Center, PLLC will provide paid training and help you achieve your certification.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with clients in the clinic, home and/or community settings
- Provide a fun, inviting, and supportive culture for children to facilitate an optimal learning environment
- Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision
- Accept and apply feedback
- Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
- Participate in on-going training, evaluations and meetings, as required
- Communicate effectively with the BCBA
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed
- Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies maintaining the confidentiality of our clients and their families
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
- Strong desire to work with children and help children with developmental disabilities learn new skills
- Commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
- This is a full time position, you must be available Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm.
- Must have reliable transportation and possess a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance
