Beyond Behavior California is seeking a In-Person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team of professionals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Manteca and surrounding areas within a 30 mile radius.
Full Time/In Person
25 Billable Hours per week
Monday through Friday
Between the hours of 8 am - 7 pm
Working with children between the ages of 0-3
Team Role: The BCBA will be responsible to work as a team with the clients, families, caregivers and staff in the clients home and community settings. BCBA's will assess and oversee clients individualized treatment plans, assist with refresher trainings, provide supervision for direct staff (RBT)/paraprofessionals and collaborating with all team members including the Office Coordinator and Senior Executive Assistant to ensure accurate, ethical and quality services are being provided to our clients. The BCBA will also be responsible to oversee and provide supervision to the Clinical Supervisors and collaborate with them when designing individualized plans for our clients. The BCBA's will also be responsible for joining the monthly BCBA meetings with the Executive Director and Director of Operations and Clinical Director/Senior BCBA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates treatment plans at assessment and progress reports (Outline of all goals for behavior reduction, replacement behaviors, skills acquisition, and parent goals.
- Determines the sequence in which goals are introduced
- Generates new goals to add to treatment program, when needed
- Creates outline of Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and approves final draft created by Clinical Supervisors (CS)
- Ensures goals are being implemented
- Checking data on each client at least monthly
- Meeting with all CS outside of session once a month in group setting
- Overlap each CS at least once per month
- Recommend the treatment hours
- If any reduction or increase of hours are needed, this must be finalized by a BCBA
- Ongoing training of CS
- Provides corrective action for CS
- Provides positive feedback to CS
- Takes part in CS PDP create goals for the CS
- Brings all concerns by the CS or family to HR/Director of Operations/Executive Director
Managerial skills - Assertive and comfortable with providing constructive feedback to Clinical Supervisors, and RBT/Paraprofessionals as well as contributing to Professional Development Plan feedback of Clinical Supervisors and RBT/Paraprofessionals
Hold active - BCBA Certification and be able to provide BCBA Certificate or show good standing on the BACB registry.
Able to provide Degree's/College Transcripts
Preferred:
Bilingual (Any language)
Experience providing BCBA supervision and training
Experience with creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing data collection system applications (preferably Catalyst)
