Job description
Beyond Blue Vacations is a fast growing vacation rental management company with vacation rentals from Destin to Inlet Beach, Florida. We are looking for a skilled Property Manager who will efficiently complete tasks, manage difficult situations competently, and provide the excellent customer service to both our homeowners and our guests.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Client communication, establishing a position as primary contact for property owners;
- To build a trusting relationship with homeowners, based on performance and communication;
- Property condition;
- Perform property inspections, report repair or replacement needs, and execute resolution through approved vendors or internal resources. Order supplies as needed (lightbulbs, HVAC filters, batteries, etc.);
- Oversee property inspectors as we grow;
- Ensuring excellent property owner and guest experiences;
- Maintaining high customer service standards, respond immediately to property owner’s and guest’s needs and complaints; inspect issues as they come up, create service orders for repairs while assigning tasks to maintenance or outside vendors, and finally following through to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Conflict resolution is key;
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs;
- Investigate guest violations or complaints, communicate with HOA managers regarding issues, and resolve problems with the guests, ideally in accordance with regulations established in the guest rental agreement
- Property revenue
- Regularly updating the property database with homeowner association information, ie contacts, rules, new codes, etc.
- Oversee and schedule housekeeping, prepare a housekeeping inventory check list per property, and monitor inventory (linens and amenities) levels. Reorder as needed.
- Computer skills, as well as written and verbal skills;
- Document everything;
- Exhibit a calm demeanor, and work efficiently in crisis mode; and
- Multi-task and prioritize, as the duties may change daily.
We cater to the tourist industry, our employees must be available to work Saturdays and some Sundays during season.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
